Todays SW was fun,funny and really tiring of coz.we doing our nafa test:standing boad jump and pull ups,u noe hw i really hate this two,especially SBJ,yeah i actually improved in pull ups,YEAH!!this coming thurs,we will be doin shuttle run,sit&reach and seats ups.yeah!!atlease its easy.rite?yup.
ok if i was not wrong,i heard NADZI(tcher) said next wk we will be doin' HIGH ELEMENTS!!wad!!i think.sial la!!i dun want la seh!!.ohh tidaaaaak!!
Todays lessons was absolutely FUNTESTIC!!especially the NS Practical.syahril aka shasha((:
